Oversaw hotel brand marketing, ensuring content , social, creative direction, & tone were aligned with brand standards.
Curated celebrity talent and live music roster for concerts and events to amplify property profile.
Created SOPs and trained all new and existing staff on Sounds of Your Stay Brand Programs, and memorabilia tours.
Worked with FOH management team to improve the use of logs using Knowcross software for monthly BCE reports.
